Parent Online Payments
Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
Click the Make a payment link to enter the secure Westpac page.
When you enter the Make an Online Payments you must enter :
The Student Registration Number (this is the 9 digit number to the left of the first child’s name)
The fields marked with a green asterisk for the first child
o Given Name (eg: Tom & Jerry if more than one child)
o Date of Birth
o There is no need to enter Class, Ref. or Invoice
These details need to be entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. No student details are given to Westpac. You must also enter the details about who is paying.
This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner. These details are not passed back to the school.
There are many options available for filling out the payment section but the PREFERRED METHOD by Roseville Public school for paying the term invoice is to:
Tick the box marked Other
In the payment description box please write: FAMILY NAME paid in full.
In the payment amount please write the FULL amount that you are to pay.
(This is the total payable for the family, covering all children.)
Then click on the Next Button to continue
You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. You can print your own receipts or have the receipt emailed to your email account. This gives you immediate proof that you have paid for the item.
There is no need to email your receipt to the school as this will be sent to us by Westpac.
The next morning, details of the payments are passed to the school where they will be matched against your child/children’s account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by us.
